Some Videos about Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

I recently came across a few videso from the UK’s National Health Service that I want to share here. The first video provides a good explanation about how cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) works and who could benefit from it from an expert on CBT.

Next is a video about Laurie’s depression and how cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) helped him to cope with day-to-day life.

This final video provides an account of Carol, who used cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to help her deal with her emotions and boost her confidence.

For more information about cognitive therapy and CBT, see my posts on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitve Therapy in Theory and Practice, Core Beliefs in Cognitive Therapy and (CBT) and Cognitive Therapy and Challenging Negative Thoughts. To learn more about how CBT can help you deal with depression or anxiety, I have posts about CBT for depression and CBT for anxiety.
