Mindfulness-Based Counselling & Therapy
I offer counselling and therapy that combines mindfulness with traditional counselling and therapy methods. I also draw upon established mindfulness-based approaches to therapy including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (
MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (
MBCT ), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (
ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (
DBT).

Please Note: Although I use some techniques from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, I am not a DBT therapist and I cannot provide Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for borderline personality disorder. I also don't offer mindfulness-based stress reduction or mindfulness-based cognitive therapy groups.
Fees
The fee for my services is $100 for a 50-minute session, payable before or immediately after every session. I can only accept payment by cash or cheque. Therapy may or may not be covered by
third-party insurance depending on your plan. Please check with your provider. If you are unable to afford my full fee, I can sometimes work out a reduced fee on a case-by-case basis
