Mindfulness-Based Counselling & Therapy
I offer counselling and therapy that combines mindfulness with traditional counselling and therapy methods. I also draw upon established mindfulness-based approaches to therapy including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Fees
I charge $100 for a 50-minute session, payable before or immediately after every session. If you are unable to afford my full fee, I also offer a sliding fee scale. Please contact me if you would like to discuss a sliding-scale fee.
