I'm a Toronto therapist who specializes in helping people overcome depression, anxiety, stress, anger, low self-esteem and relationsip problems. Couples Counselling & Marriage Therapy

I offer couples counselling and marriage therapy to help you resolve ongoing issues and problems in your relationship and get it back on track. I can help you strengthen your relationship, communicate better, reconnect with each other and increase intimacy, and inject more excitement and passion into your relationship or marriage.

Mindfulness-Based Counselling & Therapy

I offer counselling and therapy that combines mindfulness with traditional counselling and therapy methods. I also draw upon established mindfulness-based approaches to therapy including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and incorporate many concepts from these into my work.

Fees

The fee for my services is $100 for a 50-minute session, payable before or immediately after every session. I can only accept payment by cash or cheque. Therapy may or may not be covered by third-party insurance depending on your plan. Please check with your provider. If you are unable to afford my full fee, I can sometimes work out a reduced fee on a case-by-case basis.
